Brief Introduction

The Hollow core slab forming machine works on the concrete platform. Driven by the motor and transmitted throught the speed reducer. The movement of the slipper block pushed the loosen materials to the forming container from the hopper. With the continuous working of the vibrate plates. The material condensed by pushing and discharging of air. Press the concrete be hard and strong. The concrete be shape to smooth slabs. At the same time, the machine move forward to produce the long panel because the reactive force overcomes the frictional resistance. The slab can be cut to different lengths from 4.2m to 18m. Finshed products with strong load capacity, smooth surface and good flatness.

Due to the strong adaptability for field, low requirement to the supporting facilities, low cost of investment, our hollow slab forming machine has a broad market prospect.

Production Process

Production flow:

The machine works on the concrete platform, using pre-stressed steel wires as guidance, electric motor as power to push the concrete into concrete slabs while walking along the steel wires.

 The continuously working of vibration plate will highly classify the concrete. Meanwhile, the reaction of pushing materials by slider will move the equipment go along with the steel wire overcoming the frictional resistance.

After nearly 48-hour maintenance, it can be cut into concrete slabs for use.
